Kind words from our community.
Fitcare training will definitely help others and having a personal trainer is a better way of socialising with everyone/ meeting/making new friends/having social skills/ knowing the machines/weights and cardio otherwise you’ll never know what you’re doing.
If you go to the gym you will learn balancing, posture skills and it will leave you feeling more confident/healthier/fit & stronger.
Because it totally helped me out especially if your life is out of whack or off balance.
My adult son Paul has been working with Edwin for the past 18 months or so having personal training 1 on 1, assisting Paul achieve his health and fitness goals. Edwin is an experienced Personal Trainer with Disability Support background, previously he has worked in the UK where independent funding has been available for a decade. He well understands and lives the values and principles of supporting people with functional limitations developing individualised programs around their goals and aspirations.
Edwin has an open and authentic personality, he and Paul work so well together, ‘he gets it’, valuing the individual, inclusiveness and goal oriented. Paul has made measurable improvements across strength, fitness, balance and general wellbeing. Paul and I look forward to the further development of Fitcare to experience other offerings this business has to offer.
